Sunny Widerman has prepared over 700 personal, corporate, and international/nonresident returns for small business owners, freelancers, and employees.
She specializes in helping clients who run their own businesses or work freelance, a large number of whom work in the arts.
Her gentle, non-threatening approach to financial issues and clear, jargon free language helps people who have had a fear of numbers or who are behind in filing get back on track and feel confident and in control again.
Sunny also writes and distributes Two Minute Tax Tips, a series of bulletins that present tax tips and strategies in plain English. The archive of Two Minute Tax Tips can be found on the Personal Tax Advisors website.
Continually expanding her knowledge of income tax, Sunny is enrolled in the Certified General Accountants program of studies.
When not preparing tax returns, Sunny advises business owners on marketing and expansion. She is also a singer and an avid ukulele player, for which she was featured in a CBC radio documentary, The Gospel According To Uke.
