Here follow Personal Tax Advisors’ policies and procedures with regards to the current COVID-19 pandemic. These policies shall remain in place until the World Health Organization downgrades the status of the virus, or until further notice.
Protecting Clients
- Hand sanitizer will be available to clients at entrance and all workstations
- Free conversion to mail-in appointments on request
Sanitization schedule
Sanitize daily:
- Doorknobs
- Bathroom light switch
- All faucets
- All kitchen handles (fridge, microwave, kettle)
- All other frequently touched kitchen surfaces, incl. microwave keypad, espresso controls
Sanitize before and between clients
- Pens and clipboards used by clients
- Client workspace at preparers’ desks
In addition to the above
- All employees to wash hands upon arrival, according to WHO guidelines
- All employees to dispose of used tissues in covered waste baskets and wash hands
- Employees who feel ill or feverish to stay home
- Paid sick leave and telecommuting hours will be provided
- All personnel to maintain 2-metre personal distance whenever possible
