Here follow Personal Tax Advisors’ policies and procedures with regards to the current COVID-19 pandemic. These policies shall remain in place until the World Health Organization downgrades the status of the virus, or until further notice.

Protecting Clients

  • Hand sanitizer will be available to clients at entrance and all workstations
  • Free conversion to mail-in appointments on request

Sanitization schedule

Sanitize daily:

  • Doorknobs
  • Bathroom light switch
  • All faucets
  • All kitchen handles (fridge, microwave, kettle)
  • All other frequently touched kitchen surfaces, incl. microwave keypad, espresso controls

Sanitize before and between clients

  • Pens and clipboards used by clients
  • Client workspace at preparers’ desks

In addition to the above

  • All employees to wash hands upon arrival, according to WHO guidelines
  • All employees to dispose of used tissues in covered waste baskets and wash hands
  • Employees who feel ill or feverish to stay home
  • Paid sick leave and telecommuting hours will be provided
  • All personnel to maintain 2-metre personal distance whenever possible
